RidgeLife Groups are designed to help you move beyond attending church to truly being the church. Whether you’re new, seasoned in faith, or somewhere in between, there’s a group where you can belong, grow, and take your next step. Research consistently shows the impact of small groups within the local church: Adults connected to a small group are far more likely to grow spiritually and engage regularly with Scripture. Those in groups are several times more likely to serve and volunteer within the church and community. Small group participants report stronger relationships, higher accountability, and greater spiritual encouragement than those who only attend weekend services. Churches with active small-group participation see higher long-term engagement and retention among members.
